1 soupspoon per 1kg of food, preferably in combination with Herbots ZELL OXYGEN.

Dosage and Administration:
. 1 soup spoon per 1 kg of food, preferably in combination with Herbots ZELL OXYGEN
. After the race: 1st and 3rd day after arrival.
. After heavy races: for a period of 7 days.
